Mr. Gartzman has been practicing in Atlanta since 1982, and was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Georgia in 1984. Prior to opening his own law firm, Mr. Gartzman worked for a major Atlanta tax firm and in the tax department of a big eight accounting firm. He is a member of the ABA Tax Law Section, ABA Corporation, Banking and Business Law Section, the Atlanta Bar Association Tax Law Section and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants- Taxation Committee.
